Franchisees Neetu and Sanjeev Bali, who have operated two Denny's restaurants in the Bay Area since 2000, are leading this exciting phase of growth. Backed by Denny's Corporation following our 2022 acquisition, we are ready to introduce our made-to-order morning philosophy to a new California market.

Growing Our Single-Shift Model in California

Our new cafes are currently targeting real estate in Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, and Folsom. These upcoming locations will operate under our established single-shift model, remaining open exclusively during daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. This focused schedule provides a dedicated environment for serving our quality brunch menu without the distractions of evening service. We cook every dish fresh, utilizing hand-cracked eggs, real butter, and real whipped cream.
