Franchise owner Ajay Keshap recently stated that our La Quinta location is nearing readiness, bringing a highly anticipated dining option to Highway 111. According to a liquor license application highlighted by What Now Orange County, our new restaurant will occupy a former IHOP space. Beyond this initial opening, we already have a second location in the works for the Coachella Valley. Expanding our footprint for breakfast, Rancho Mirage, What Now Orange County projects that our second cafe will open in 2026, planned for 36101 Bob Hope Dr., Suite E-8,9, inside the Rancho Mirage Marketplace.

What to Expect: Made-to-Order Quality and Brunch Cocktails

We operate strictly from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, focusing entirely on a daytime, single-shift model. This schedule allows our culinary team to dedicate all their energy to fresh daytime preparation. Every dish is made to order, with hand-cracked eggs cooked right on the line and the exclusive use of real butter and real whipped cream throughout the menu.

Guests can expect a substantial menu featuring freshly cooked Buttermilk Pancakes, Stuffed French Toast, three-egg omelets, and a variety of lunch paninis.
